Kota Kinabalu – Startpoint into the wild Borneo…
Posted on August 12th, 2009 No commentsDiscovering Borneos jungle and mountains needs a starting point: Kota Kinabalu (also called KK), the capitol city of Sabah. First impressions from this more traditional and ‘wild’ part of Malaysia, friendly people in the city, organizing the next trips…

Kuala Lumpur
Posted on August 11th, 2009 1 commentThe last days / weeks I got lots of different impressions – diving in Thailand and Malaysia, dream-beaches, fun and toll-free beers with uncle/brothers/doris, relax-days at dreamy Peherentian Islands and culture in Melaka. What will expect me in this 1.5 million city? Maybe some party life again? Not just this!

Yeaah, blog is alife again!
Posted on June 8th, 2009 No commentsUnluckily I had very less time the last 2 months, cause of Michis research visit (I accompanied her to Beijing) combined with an intense sightseeing plan; and afterwards lots of stuff to do for university, mini expo etc… I will write about that in later posts when I have more time… 😉 … maybe…
Problem is that at the moment semester is coming to an end and every professor needs final presentations, papers, etc. So we are really busy to finish all courses, but I try to find time to write about the past weeks…
Cu sooooon!
DavidPS: Michi intended to write a guest article if she finds time… hoping for it!

Fishermen
Posted on March 23rd, 2009 4 commentsOn the second day of our excursion we went to the countryside and saw how fishers are living, po verty, their old big house boats…
As a contrast we visited a VIP club for angling. This lake had more fish than water inside…
At the end of our trip IÂ bought our new domestic animals Glupschi, Hansi, Uschi and Unknown. Others played the de ath angels in a ki lling roul ette game.
